Jude's 1st Plane Ride to Colorado!

ok. so here are a few pictures from our Colorado trip. this was jude's 1st time on the plane.. 1st time in Colorado.. and 1st time meeting his cousins! And this would've been my first time meeting my new nephew Daniel Luke.. who I call "Yia Yia". he was such a cutie!!!! i can't wait to see him again! we had such a good time. the weather was AWESOME and i loooove Colorado! it was beautiful!

ok. so obviously i can't figure out why this blogger thing is giving me a hard time moving pics and copying/pasting.. so i'm going to stop right here. lol. will put more pics up later!

it's been a while!!

hey there.
it's been a busy, busy summer for us. jude's was getting sick all the time.. and ben's been taking the laptop w/ him to work.
anyway.. jude is much better now.. he's crawling all over the place and climbing on everything.. he's talking away.. gosh! my heart melts for him constantly! i love that little booger!

Chicken Pox? WTH?

Guess who has CHICKEN POX? Yep. Mister Jude =( I feel so bad for the little booger.. My brother hates when I say this, but he got it from my nephew.. who probably got it the day we went to the museum/gattitown =/ So unfortunately I had to take a week of vacation to stay home w/ my baby. It hasn't been too bad. Last night was the first night we got some rest.. He looks horrible and very itchy........ but getting better! Thank God!

I've been doing oatmeal baths.. Hmong herbal baths.. anti itch meds.. calamine lotion.. and all the above to keep him from feeling so uncomfortable.. even singing "if you're itchy and you know it, clap your hands" lol.

Lol.. Of course the worst spots are around his mouth.. I didn't realize I made him look like Santa Claus with Calamine lotion. Haha.

believe it or not, but pushing him around in a laundry basket did the trick..

Jude's 1st time @ a Museum

So my sister and her family from Jersey decided to come visit for the weekend.. and we were going to go to Riverbank Zoo in Columbia, but of course.. The rain ruined that for us.. So we decided to check out the Children's museum in Greenville. Jude loved it. I'm surprised that he did so well =) Check out the pictures below =)

Afterwards.. we went to GattiTown in Greenville and ate lots of pizza (as if I needed that) but the kids were worn out for sure!

Oh.. and in case you guys were wondering if my boyfriend, who is technically my fiancé is still in the picture.. Yes.. he is. He's a homebody and hardly ever goes anywhere with us.. which sucks, but then again.. it's kind of a good thing. Lol. He was going to go with us, but decided to get the garage cleaned up.

Rain, Rain go away...

Hi.. It has been raining ALL day today =/ So far.. We've accomplished.. Cleaning the used high chair I bought for $15, 1 load of laundry, a trip to Shaun's house, a trip to chuckee cheese and now we're at my mom's house. Huh... I hate rainy days when there are things to do and people to see.

Anywho.. Before you start judging my poor writing skills, I never did enjoy English in school. I was more of a math person. Just so ya know =)

Alright.. Where to start off.. Guess I'll just start with some random fact about me..

• I live in a small town.. and yes.. it's in the country!
• I work full-time and I'm a full-time mommy.
• Recently discovered that I have an obsession with chewing ice.
• I have a great family.. and a great group of friends.
• My ethnicity.. I'm Hmong and I speak Hmonglish.
• I'm a license cosmetologist.
• and I can't thing of anything else that's interesting.. so guess I'll stop here.

Here are some random pictures of my baby Jude.. oh.. btw.. he was 7lbs 9oz when he was born. Now he's about 14lbs.

Guess What?? I'm back!!

Hi. So I spoke to the lovely Michele last night and she has convinced me to start blogging again.. So here I am.. Blogging =)

As some of you may know.. I recently had a baby.. Scott Jude Robinson.. He is 5 months old..

will be 6 months in 4 days! I find it amazing how much time flies by now w/ a baby. Being a mommy has seriously changed my life and the way I look it. There's so much to blog about my little bundle of joy.. But I guess we'll work backwards.

I had my little booger on 9.29.2010 @ 1:01pm.. and let me tell you...... after all the labor stories I've heard.. I was nervous, but managed to stay calm throughout the whole thing.. and guess what? It was a breeze!!! I was definitely not expecting him that day, but I guess he heard my thoughts.. because I was going to call the doctor the next day to schedule my induction. Anyway.. Our stay at the hospital was short.. and we were home the next day. And the day after that.. I was already doing laundry. lol! I don't play! I seriously hate being lazy when it's not necessary, if ya know what I mean.
